My own career path took me by surprise—and I’d love to assist in connecting you to a new career path or to someone who could help you expand your business.
However, recruiting was never on my radar. I never thought I’d be a recruiter. Having earned a BA in Accounting, I thought I’d end up as an accountant… but then recruiting quite serendipitously fell into my lap. Little did I know that connecting with people and connecting them with others for mutual success would become my favorite way of serving others!
I loved it. I was good at it. And I haven’t looked back.
In my twenty-plus years as a recruiter, I discovered my passion and love for connecting people and how fun and enlivening it is to be a part of someone’s success story. It’s a thrill to watch companies grow and expand with the people I’ve connected them with, and also to witness the success and advancement of the folks I’ve placed into new careers.
